TCSP-licensed · Hong Kong

Your Hong Kong company secretary. Licensed. Responsive. Transparent.

TCSP-licensed named company secretary for Hong Kong companies owned by founders worldwide — statutory filings, registers and deadlines handled.

The price you sign at is the price you renew at. No first-year teasers. Ever.

Services

Three things, done properly.

Every Hong Kong limited company must appoint a company secretary and keep its statutory records in order. That is our whole practice — not an add-on.

Core service

Company Secretary

A named secretary on the record — not a mailbox. We prepare and file your NAR1 annual return, maintain the statutory registers and significant controllers register, draft resolutions and manage every deadline. A real person answers.

Company Incorporation

A new Hong Kong limited company, formed in 1–2 working days, fully remotely. Your first year of company secretarial service is included, with bank account opening guidance across fintech and traditional banks.

Registered Office Address

A Hong Kong registered office address with mail scanning — included in our Standard and Complete plans, or available standalone. Required by law for every Hong Kong company.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a company secretary?

Yes — every Hong Kong limited company must appoint one under the Companies Ordinance. A sole director cannot act as their own company secretary, which is why founder-owned companies appoint a licensed firm.

Can you serve me if I'm not in Hong Kong?

Yes. We verify your identity through certified remote identity verification, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations as a licensed TCSP. The entire process can be completed without visiting Hong Kong.

How long does incorporation take?

Typically 1–2 working days from complete documents, using the Companies Registry's e-filing system.

What are the annual compliance requirements?

A Hong Kong company must renew its Business Registration Certificate annually, file its NAR1 annual return within 42 days of the company's return date, and file a profits tax return with audited accounts. Our plans handle the secretarial side and send reminders for the rest.

What's not included in the plans?

Government fees, stamp duty and complex restructuring, which we quote in advance. Audit and tax work is carried out by CPA firms — we coordinate with yours, or introduce one.

Do you offer nominee director services?

Not at present. We focus on company secretarial work, incorporation and registered office services.

Where can I read more about Hong Kong company compliance?

Our guides cover the essentials in plain English: incorporating a Hong Kong company as a foreign founder, the annual compliance calendar, and what a company secretary actually does.
